And we was able to get thise lots sold, so I trusted that Chris would be able to get this Ankeny lot sold as well. This lot was considered an "unbuildable lot" within an HOA. So it was very tough to value, and took much longer to sell, since the end buyer would have to undertake additional work with the local government and HOA, to make it "buildable". So the buyer pool was much smaller than normal due to these constraints. But with all these hurdles, Chris was still able to get the lot sold in a timely manner.
